Shlomo joined the company in 2006 as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he led the finance team and was responsible for finance, legal, risk functions and business planning. He has over 30 years of diverse business experience including financial disciplines in both private and public companies. Shlomo attainted the position of Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Transamerica Finance Corporation and earned progressively greater responsibilities across treasury, corporate development, and internal audit areas. Earlier, he worked in public accounting as a senior audit manager at KPMG, specializing in banking, finance, and insurance.
Shlomo earned his MBA from the Booth School at the University of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting. He is a certified public accountant.

Shlomo earned his MBA from the Booth School at the University of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting. He is a certified public accountant.

Prior to joining Wheels Donlen in 2022, Joe was BMO’s Chief Financial Officer for the US Personal and Commercial Banking units. In that capacity Joe led the finance team in support of the Personal and Commercial finance teams for planning, stress testing, and business decision making. Prior to his time at BMO, Joe had a 25+ year career with GE and GE Capital, where he held a series of roles of increasing responsibility culminating in several GE Capital divisional CFO roles in the equipment and commercial lending space.
Joe earned his BS degree in Finance from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, he is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.
During his 16 years at Hertz, Eric held several other key financial roles including Operations Finance as an Assistant Controller, US Rent-A-Car (RAC) and within Corporate Finance as Senior Director of Global Strategic Planning. Eric won the Hertz 2008 Global Leadership Award for his work in re-engineering processes in finance, including automating the corporate balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ahsan has more than 20 years of experience in business-to-business technology and service businesses. Prior to joining the company, Ahsan spent 12 years at Truven Health Analytics, Inc. As Senior Vice President and Head of Business Operations, Provider Solutions, he was responsible for product strategy and commercialization, pricing, marketing, solution executives, and sales operations for the Provider Solutions business. Ahsan previously served as Vice President and General Manager for two businesses within Truven. Prior to Truven, he held positions at Advent Software, Inc., Bain & Company, and Citibank.
Ahsan graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in economics and computer science and earned his MBA from Duke University.

Prior to joining the company in 2015, Tim spent 19 years at Essendant, Inc., where he rose to the rank of Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Tim was responsible for overall IT strategy and initiatives for all Essendant business units. He led corporate-wide enterprise IT strategy and modernization planning projects, built a state-of-the-art e-commerce web application for resellers, and launched a content portal that streamlined supplier integration.
Tim holds a B.S. in applied computer science from Illinois State University and earned alumni status from Harvard Business School after completing courses in finance, negotiation, and leadership development.
Jeff joined Donlen in 1998 as a manager in the customer service department and quickly worked his way up to director of customer service. Soon after, he was promoted again to Senior Vice President of Contact Center Operations where he was held responsible for business development, client relations, the operations and implementation of Donlen’s syndicated lease product, and driver safety and accident products.
When Hertz acquired Donlen in 2011, Jeff was promoted to VP, sales operations and strategy. In this role, he led the effort to maximize cross-selling revenue between Donlen and Hertz. After that, but prior to his promotion to SVP of customer experience and contact center operations, Jeff was the regional vice president of sales where he was responsible for oversight of all sales in the central region of the U.S.
During his time at Donlen, Jeff has had a number of key accomplishments, including the design and implementation of customer service phone metrics, the implementation of Donlen’s driver support call center, C.A.R.E., our proprietary CRM tool, and truck customer management strategies to support customers. Jeff also supervised sales cross-sell strategies between Donlen, Hertz RAC, and the Hertz Equipment Rental sales teams, which involved the training of over 400 sales team members.

Ilese’s wealth of senior corporate legal and compliance experience includes over 25 years with companies such as The Walt Disney Company, in which Ilese held the role of Senior Counsel, Wyndham Worldwide, where she served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of RCI, and Shell Vacations as the Executive Vice President for Legal Affairs.
Ilese earned her Doctor of Law degree from the University of Chicago and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. Ilese also earned her CPA in the State of Illinois.

Mary has more than 25 years of human resources, labor relations and global human resources experience. Previously, she was Vice President of Global Products at World Kitchen, Vice President of Global Operations at Navistar and held several executive level leadership roles at Tribune Company.
A graduate of DePaul University, Mary is active in many professional organizations and is on the Empowering Women Network’s Advisory Board. She previously served on the board of the National Latino Education Institute (NLEI) for over 20 years, the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and has been a speaker at several conferences, including the Diversity Best Practices and Solutions Conference, Benedictine University’s Women’s Leadership Summit, Empowering Women Network and the Illinois Diversity Council.

Laura joined the company as an Account Manager in 2002 and most recently served as VP of Client Relations, a role in which she managed some of the company’s largest and most complex clients. Her career in fleet management spans three decades and includes a wealth of experience, not only in strategic management but also in operations areas like license and titling, acquisitions, and fuel. She also holds the unique distinction of being the first person from a fleet management company to join the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) as a full member.
Laura attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned her Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) accreditation from NAFA in 1999. She currently serves on the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) board of directors as the current past president.

Prior roles include senior leadership positions in Marketing and Insurance products at GE, Account Management focused on working with the clients to develop programs to improve retention and growth for Ceridian, and most recently, President and COO of Roadside Protect, a specialty roadside assistance administrator.
In addition to being certified as a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt, Jim holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Kellogg GSM, Northwestern University as well as a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
